help windows vista

I am currently using Windows Vista home premium
now I only have limited access to my computer because it say my
product key is invalid please help I do not want to wipe out my hard drive
and start over!

if its legit you have to get help from Microsoft themselves to fix that, they are very helpful especially if you tell them where the copy of vista you have came from :) they are always wanting to find people pirating that sort of stuff.
