Just got myself an upgrade - Phenom 2 940BE and the ram above.
I've just spent the last 2 days trying to get the ram to work at the listed 533 Mhz. Tried voltages from 1.95 to the listed 2.2V along with auto timings, the spd timings as well as some timings on the OCZ forum but with no joy :(

Is anyone else running this RAM with this MB? If you are did you have any problems with it or does it sounds like I've got dodgy sticks?

Any advice would be great!

(Will update my specs so you have more info to go on :))
