Help with overclocking graphics card

i am having trying to find how to mod or overclock my graphics card. if anyone can help me, it would be appreciated. My current card is a AMD Radeon HD 6310, and the GPU is Zacate.
As I mentioned above, I would like to find a way to softmod or overclock the card.

tho TBH overclocking such a terrible card seems hardly worth it.

do you have any suggestions for how i could improve my system?
perhaps a new video card you think would be useful?
i'm simply wondering. i apologize if I came off sarcastic or rude, i assure you, it was not my intention to do so. I simply wish to upgrade my laptop, and i believed the video card would be a good start. any opinions, or advice would be appreciated.

if its a laptop then there really isnt much you do aside from overclocking it.

im 100% sure you cannot upgrade your video card.

i dont believe so. at least according to info i received, but what would i know?
anyway, does anyone know of a way, if possible to get a better graphics card on my laptop?
i would appreciate it.
