Help with purchase of monitor!!!!

Hey guys! I have a chance to pick up a "30" Dell UltraSharp 3007WFP-HC Widescreen LCD Monitor" for 500 bucks, What do you guys think , I 'm a big gamer and have always wanted a 30 inch. If its in good shape is this a deal? My rig can handle it I think,

I think you should do it if you can afford to. They usually retail at ~$1200.

Well, I got it and WOW! love it!!!! incredible monitor and everything runs great on it. Just make sure you use the dual link DVI cable that comes with it or its a no show with normal DVI......that scared me for a minute.
