I have several high amperage fans coming. I know I can hook them to a molex for full speed, but how can I control them? All the controllers have a limited current well below what these draw. Here are the fan specs:

I think I might just run the 6224 at 12v from molex...as an intake, but not sure.
I also noticed that fan controllers don't put out 12v, but -10% usually which would be 10.8v like my Sniper case's built in controller does.
