How to get Windows bluetooth Wizard back?

i got MSI Z87I Gaming AC board with Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 that came with the board, i don't know if it's Intel's driver or an update but after i have had my Intel Pentium G3258 in, the sending over bluetooth the program that's normally used is changed to this:

and i am only allowed to send one file at the time, anyone know how to get the original Windows bluetooth wizard back?

i got the Windows Bluetooth Wizard on my laptop and i am running the same Intel wireless card:

tried but i am tried of using dedicated "fsquirt" everytime i need to recieve from my cellphone i want it back to original but i guess when i get a new ssd or mobo i will re-install Windows 8.1 Pro and get back to stock, i read several posts of ppl being mad at Intel for implanting their bluetooth program before their bluetooth 4.0 in the 7260 AC works.
