I am not an expert, but I would suggest going with a 240mm rad if you have the space. 160x80 is not much surface area at all, and when you add in the low airflow of 80mm fans... It just seems insufficient.

It's not so much the low airflow from an 80mm fan, some are real leaf blowers, it's just that 80mm fans tend to sound like...well...leaf blowers. I'm guessing an itx build would have some type of multimedia purpose. In that case, you'd want something quiet.
