What do you mean and how did you come to this conclusion? Bios isn’t like drivers the card is bad or it isn’t (or in this case literally unsupported and hacked together)
Sometimes it shows itself as having ZERO vram. I heard that it usually happens with a corrupted vbios.

Won't the memory size disparity automatically disqualify them? Mine is 12gb....A quick look up of the bios version found these two bios' you could try, they're also desktop 3060M's so they may work. Just make sure you save the original bios first as a backup.

It's the same number of memory chips just double the size so I don't think it'll really matter.
