So i am looking to get another CPU for my current rig, 920s are king of OCing with low volts but how do the 930s hold up against them? About the same or the 920s oc better? I have a chance to pick up a 920 and i dunno if i should pull the trigger or what.

all i7's overclock different it's hard to say.
if you can get a i7 930 for the same price then go for the i7 930.
