Do a traceroute, see what is causing the latency first. Is it a crap wireless connection or a crap ISP?

edit or add "TcpAckFrequency" to your registry and set it to 1.. google it to find out where, works fine for me.

use tunneling services just like what Bjorn posted,

This tunneling service is like 10-15 dollars for 6 months sub and it dropped my latency from 500ms to <200ms. I wouldn't really recommend leatrix fix as it affects all your other activities on the internet.

So far I've heard slower internet browsers and corrupted downloads.
