Inconsistend RAID0 performance

I think my 2TB WD Black x2 RAID0 is getting a little slow, so I did a test in HDTune. These are the results:

Is it supposed to be like that? Shouldn't it be more like a straight line? And I think the speeds are a little loo low (at the beginning, it was about 400MB/s). Any suggestions? I could re-do the RAID, if that would help. Or defrag it.

I presume it may be because you are using spinners.
