My problem is that if g-sync is turned on, the rendering is 20 ms as shown in the picture, if I turn on v-sync, it is 14 ms, if low-latency +on +boost, it drops to 3 ms, but this should not be the case. I tried to limit the fps even if I do it in nvidia. What is the solution?
however, if the resolution is in full 1920x1080, then it is only 8ms.
until now it was 1024x768.
And merry christmas!

I… honestly have no idea what the question even is, but from what I can decipher:
1. Yes, G-Sync does on average introduce up to 1 frame of input lag.
2. Yes, for proper functioning of VRR you should have V-Sync On in NVCP and then limit the framerate to 3 frames lower than max refresh, preferably via in-game limiter.
3. Reflex lowering the latency is expected since it removes the entire buffer from the equation. I am not sure what you mean by “this should not be the case”.
4. Your first screenshot is seemingly with game running windowed. It does by default introduce more latency unless you are running Win 11 where via the “Optimizations for Windowed games” option flip queue is forced on every DX11 title. Vulkan and DX12 are flip queue by nature.
5. G-Sync does perform best when the monitor is running native res, from my experience.
