Having read this on various other tech sties, and i think even here. I a m slightly worried about what level of competition there will be for the enthusiast next CPU generation. I am hoping Intel can iron out all the problems that caused the P4 to underperform compared to Athlon. That said i also hope Bulldozer from AMD is a return to Athlon form as well.
In essence what i am saying is that i hope both AMD and Intel can deliver results this time round. Hopefully no repeat of Phenom I or P4
