Just out of intrest, is the BIOS readings for temp. always the best ones to be watching?

Smart Guardian shows; CPU at 55oC, System at 38oC, and Chipset at 60oC under full load (for some time).

AMD OverDrive on the other hand is showing 46.5oC on each core, does overdrive read the per-core temp. and Smart Guardian read the overall temp.?

Whats best to trust?

Thanks

No. Go by the core readings using RealTemp or CoreTemp.
