It's not, look at the gun, it's clearly that the background is from somewhere esle, and the soldier is from Crysis 1.

There are many rumours about many "real" screenshots around. I just checked the major german gaming sites and magazines, this screenshot is nowhere to be found; but some others that look like this one (environment) who are rated highly faked.
