I had this issue before, this site gave me a hard time before, but I figured my LAN port was dieing and picked up a PCI card. And now it's back again, only this site does this, very confusing, here's a snap shot.

I had to manually type in those tags as even some of the image tags for chat options are broken and I can't actually click on any of them it just does nothing.
**edit** nevermind, it seems even the manual tags didn't make the image show?
