Kane & Lynch Dead Men artifacting

For some reason Chapter 11 of Kane and Lynch is severely artifacting, and its only that chapter. I went back to test the older chapters of the game and they all are fine.

My GPU temps are fine to. At first i thought it was because i have my 4870 overclocked, but even at stock it still does the same thing.

Maybe drivers?

try stressing your GPU with some program like ati tray tools or a benchmark such as 3dmark and check of you see any artifacts

you actually got kane and lynch to work?? i couldnt get it working at all!! but when other games i had used to artifact when i had my 4870 i just closed and restarted the game and it fixed the issue now maybe its a powerplay issue?? take a volt meter and check the core voltage while in game also leave gpu-z running and have it log your clocks etx see if 3d mode is kicking in if 3dmode is not kicking in thats your problem i heard there was some serious powerplay issues with some 4870's

played through the whole game with 7600gt and no problems. just don't use usb mouse or keyboard
