definitely throttling need a beefier power brick I would get a 120W if you can find one

You need the 120W at least to be on the safe side and not run out of oomph under heavy stress. My dell has pretty much the same config, Sandy i7+GT525(which is a 600MHz GT540) and came with a 130W brick. Also try to get something from the manufacturer instead, these universal things just make things run but arent really the best solution.

Get a lap fan for the laptop, that blows air into the fins. It will help.
