Looking for a laptop with a back lit keyboard

    can any one list any laptop brands/ models that have LED keyboards, i need a new lappy and i want to get one with a led keyboard, i know dell do it, but is there any besides them, also im aiming around the $1000 USD area

    ive come up blank with google

    Some of the newer Asus Republic of Gamers models have nice backlit keyboards and start in the $800 and some range U.S.D., as does the mini alienware 11x... If I was in the market for a new laptop, I'd probably go with the Asus though.

    im not after anyhtign in particular with the lappy, 720p / 1080p screen if possible, its basicly a web surfer but i would like it to be able to play HD movies ect

    That F series is pretty nice if you're not going to do much(any) gaming on it. It's video card is a only GeForce 310m (still dedicated at least) but it has a nice i7 processor and starts at $999 USD.
