The Street Fighter 4 games are on PC, there's no reason why Capcom wouldn't put MvC3 on the PC as well.

Eh, I wish there would just be a Marvel fighting game, I just don't find it at all entertaining to be fighting with Ironman or the Hulk against Ryu. I still prefer the old PS1 Marvel only game.
