medal of honor: aireborne = mixed thoughts

ive only been playing airborne for a few days and am having mixed thoughts about it. it feels just like the call of duty franchise. the graphics arent all the spectacular but the game does bring a lot of intensity. im playing on normal mode and it keeps me on my toes and i really like getting the weapon upgrades. i havnt played it online yet. im wondering what you guys think of it.

I have gotten the exact same feeling from it, but hey I've got that from all the MOH games.

its fun the graphice are plenty good and run well on my system @1024X768 w 4xAA and 2xAF

yea, i guess i was hoping for something a bit more impressive. just judging from the promos, airborne was supposed to be a breakthrough game but to me it just seems like another call of duty with upgrades. regardless, i will put in the time to beat it.

I really enjoyed MoH:A the single player was fun...it did remind me of CoD like you said, but so do most WWII games lol.

The multiplayer is utter shite....it's just not worth playing....

I personally thought that I liked MOHAA better... it was the best in length and difficultly... also had the best map ever: Normandy D-Day.

yea, i love the d-day map on multiplayer. playing MOHAA was the only time ive ever been in a clan. it was a lot of fun.

I still play it on and off... another game that is good: thread hijack... Is Wolf ET! Best game, perf wise, and also because of the fun it is. Maps are so cool.

I enjoyed it a lot to be honest with you. The graphics are just like Call of Duty 2 I thought. I like the weapon upgrades. It gave the gameplay a bit of a boost I though. Apart from that, it was good. I beat it in 2 days though. Very short campaign.

My Wolf CD is screwed to hell, so I'm thinking about purchasing it off Steam. Do you or anyone else know if ET can be played with the Steam verison?
