MoBo changing

Is there any sense to change my MoBo to
GA-MA770-UD3
or
GA-MA785GM-US2H
?
or any mobo (gigabyte am2+) to 100$
I can do it for free.

I am not real familiar with GB boards, but from a chipset perspective, you appear to be running a 790X chipset. Why would you want to switch to a 770 or 785?

Edit: After looking, it appears all of these boards (yours and the proposed ones) are all DDR2, but the 790X-UD4P has dual PCI-e slots...the others only have one. The 785 is a micro board. Are you looking for a micro board? I guess I am wondering why you would want to switch...besides the fact you can switch for free.

No not really The 785 has better integrated graphics that you will never use..
Only upgrade for you would be an AM3 board and DDR3 but at this point might as well wait for Bulldozer (new socket)

Honestly without going AM3 it's still not gonna give enough performance to make it worth it unless it's free
