Any one have one of these phones they want to get rid of I need to replace my daughters sony xperia play that is a piece of crap I would rather get it from you guys than buy one on egay

I'd check Swappa. Some of the phones will be modified (root, CyanogenMod rom, etc), but almost everyone will offer to put it back to stock.

I actually have one laying around myself, holding it now, but I've been holding on to it for reasons unknown. I haven't used it since I got my Galaxy S III, so I know I should get rid of it. Pretty good cosmetically and I should be able to dig up my dock and the original box in good condition for it. Only real issue is that I recently noticed the battery has swollen and is unusable. They're pretty inexpensive though. I don't know what I'd want for it.
