Multiple Graphics Cards & Shared Memory

I've just finished creating a GPU-Z plugin for LCDHost (SirReal's G19 app) but it looks like I can only access sensor data for the graphics card currently selected in GPU-Z's drop down list (I have two).

Is there any way to access both sets of sensor data programatically? Or would it possible to have the sensors array include all the cards' sensors at once?
