dram voltage @ 2.0v
vcore @ auto

i still get errors during memtest but my pc seems to be stable. does this mean i have to lower the settings?

and what settings are recomended for this configuration? ive been trying to find the perfect overclock for months. any form of help would be apreaciated

If you're getting errors you probably should lower things a bit. It may seem stable now, but it's probably not and most likely will crash eventually. I can't recommend "perfect settings" for you, because every computer is going to be different. In the end it's up to you to find what works best for your system. Hopefully someone with similar hardware can lead you in a better direction though.

If vcore is auto someone might be able to tell you what your CPU is capable of but I'm not sure about the safe ranges for a Pentium. Auto will probably put it low when it need small increases to maintain stability but DON'T change it until someone recommends a setting.

I would really tend myself not to oc with a cheap power supply either.... Another thing is you could try faster ram, stepping up to DDR2 800+

If you are having memory issues it could be just bad memory. Make everything stock then run the memory test again.

Also

mem clock @ 733mhz 4-4-4-12
You could up the timming(Make it slower for stable) like 5-5-5-12 or higher.

i had an d805 in the summer!! it runs @ 4,5 on 1,625 vcore 2 hours dual prime with an vmoddet p5wd2..

use 1,5 or 1,4250 and fsb190 to get 3,8
use 5-5-5-15 and 2,1 v

DO NOT VCORE AUTO!!!
try first 1,425 on 3,8
and then 1,5 on 4,0
dosnt work check 1,625 (but u need some waterchill on this level!!!)
