1) Im looking to buy a graphics card - These are my settings. http://puu.sh/cJWJr/865fc20937.png As you can see I have a bad graphics card Im looking to buy this one:
Link is not working. But here is the graphics card name :
Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I have a 4g ram

I Have a intel xeon quad core 2.0 ghz cpu

Will my motherboard allow this?? And will the graphics card work if i plug it into my motherboard.

Pls help Thank you.

If your asking if your motherboard is compatible with the GTX760 you listed, quite possibly but it helps to know what your motherboard is?

760 is going to need PCI-E PSU connections. The PSU would be more of an issue than the motherboard

you are at the point in the lifespan of the machine where upgrading would be pointless

its time for a whole new computer I would not waste a GTX 760 on it I would be looking at something like a GTX 750TI even with a 750TI the whole system is going to be a massive bottle neck for the card
