New CPU

Hello,

I'm upgrading my CPU from an x6300, I will be moving to intel.

I have enough budget to get a 4790k and a low end motherboard, or a Skylake i5 and an okay(ish) motherboard, or a 4690k and a really good motherboard?

I have a 7870, but will be upgrading soon.
