Are you sure about that? You can get a 3800+ and just overclock it to 4200+ speeds and have some extra money for a little extra. Its only a 200 mhz difference. :)

i would dump the Asus A8N-E,
the NF4 vanilla or Ultra are hardly worth it, the ULI 1697 boards from Asrock or Epox perform just as well, have sli and cost less then a NF4 Ultra board,

if you do plan to go ahead with a NF4 board, scrap asus, put in a Abit, DFI, or Gigabyte,
asus hasnt been pumping out good AMD boards latley.

the X850XT..., i would try to get a 7800GS or GT, its a bit more expencive, but its worth the differance,

you should also check the g.skill 2GB kits, they get a good 265-285mhz at 3-4-4-8, and quite cheaper then their OCZ equivalents, dont remember exact models, but they have been reviewed on techpowerup,

If you're considering those aftermarket coolers, go to zipzoomandfly and get yourself an ATIsilencer5 for that X850XT.
