As much as that would help, I wouldn't want to have to make everyone else pay for something they didn't do. I still haven't heard back from the prosecuter yet, but I am going to call back shortly.

In that time, he told me that he had some family problems, and that he would get it shipped as soon as he could. I took his word about that, as my father-in-law almost died 2 weeks before, and I understood. Then after numerous PM's, on Thursday 4-23-09 he told me he had shipped it, but didn't have the tracking # at the time. So, I gave him the benifit of the doubt. I still had not received the item by the 28th, so I concluded I was getting dicked. I sent him a message that day stating that I wanted proof of shipping within 24 hours. That has been 5 days ago, and I still haven't heard from him. He has logged on here a few times since, but he won't answer my emails, or PM's.

Don't put info regarding what the police say on the internet unless the case gets closed....

it could be used by the defense attorney. We definately don't want that.

Call that number and try calling your local authorities. I've received no response to my PM's to him.

No, cda needs to call the number and his local police as well. It's a case by case basis. If any of the authorities needs my help my email is erocker@techpowerup.com and I actually live quite close to Mr. Block.

if he is smart he may ship both of our stuff knowing that i for one have the tracking number and receipts still and two will call the police no questions asked

seeing how he still logs in here i'm sure he is reading this thread so this is to him either send the cards as promised or send back my card either works for me i just want something out of this shit and an IOU isn't going to work

i dont know what the deal is with this guy ships out one time not the other promises to do it after he finally responds

at least its not like that other guy who conned a lot more than just tpu users
he had a goldmine but it was easy to find out who he was ect

some people think its as easy as take the cash dont send the item

there isnt much you can do tho its like in real life the item is there online you can only see the item and have to trust they will send it, we need some type of buyer protection or insurance i dont know what type of stuff banks offer i know paypal isnt immune but is better than nothing

its hard because anyone can just fill in random heatware or make a few sales on ebay for proof you really have to trust the person in a sale
