I have said 8600GT volt moded EVGA 8600GT 256mb

core 725 mem 850 but i think i need to mod it better with conductive ink...also their are a couple more points i can mod to get more voltage...

I've ordered a Leadtek 8600gts Extreme 710/1000. It should be here tomorrow. I'll post once I get it rollin'. It's replacing my BFG 7900gs. So far I like the reviews, but we'll see.

. Max oc i've been able to get to is 765/1120. Plan to SLI in the future when I get a worthy mobo.

WoW! Your OC'ed GTS scored roughly a little over 100 points more than my non oc'ed (on my end) GDDR4 HD2600XT did in 3DMark06! Looks like ATI has come a long way with the drivers! BTW, JC316's card and probably yours as well was the one I was about to go with until I noticed the new performance improvements that the HD2600XTs were getting with the new drivers as well as being less expensive to boot.

ATI has always been better with drivers IMO. But also note that my processor is stock speed

Nemesis881, I only had a very slight OC on my processor at the time I ran my 3DMark06 benchmark run. I brought it all the way back down to 2.35GHz because 3DMark06 was just not behaving nicely with my system at speeds any higher than that. I've since figured out what the problem was and am probably going to retest @ 2.85GHz to start out with. That should bring my score waaaaay up. Anyhow, love the card you have and like I said, I was sooo close to getting it myself!

OK, I've ran all requested banchmarks. 3DMark 01, 03, 05, 06, AQ3 in that order.
CPU at 2750MHZ, memory at 250MHz 4-4-4-12-12, graphics card at 685 core/880 mem w/ 256mb memory on 128-bit bus, 16 stream processors.

ALL 3Dmark benchmarks at default, AQ3 on "high quality" preset.
