Well, I can get the cards 50mhz gpu clock & 50mhz memory on msi afterburner. But saw no difference in FPS.

Funny, I was just working on one of my htpc's last night that has a 1080ti in it. The best way to OC these is by raising the power limit to max. The core won't oc far, especially on stock cooling. So expect 30-150Mhz max on the core. The memory should easily be able to handle +300mhz to +500mhz. IF you have good cooling you can increase voltage, but watch thermals closely and also watch core boost because even if you oc the core to +150mhz if the card hits thermal threshold it will throttle. I ended up with +40 Core and +300 mem because it's a tight htpc case. Oh I used Afterburner.

50mhz is like 3% of the clock speed these cards run at, you're not gonna see much of a difference.

I set at 300mhz and 50mhz.But I have not done a benchmark yet.
The memory OC is equally important as the GPU clock. If you can get 100mhz from the GPU stable and 200mhz(or more) from the memory, you'll notice that in your .1% and 1% lows, assuming you're having issues with a game staying above 60FPS. If you're above 60FPS, the difference will be less noticeable.
