Mods:
Custom Water cooling
Binned CPU

Not especially modified but I have seen a few of these on the web but none watercooled with rigid tube. Not as easy to change out the CPU but I'm not planning to do this mainly just RAM. I use this for overclocking on HWBOT and it has been reasonably competitive, The CPU will run some benchmarks at 5.0 GHz with a core voltage of only 1.3v though I have to drop to 4.9 for XTU.
With this cooling setup the temps haven't been above 65 degrees which I am very happy with. Not sure how much further it will go and I think that the limiting factor will be what voltage I am happy to use.
