No, when you overclock your system you don't have to do anything with the PCI or PCI-E cards.

Really? I don't even set my PCIE to 100? I was kind of expecting to do something like that... ok :)

Of course the PCI-E is set to 100, that's what it always should be at either running stock or overclocked. What I'm saying is you don't need to mess with it.
