If superior powerplay is enabled the max voltage it 1.263 and with it disabled the max is 1.276 so can I disable superior powerplay because after doing so I am allowed to choose 1.276 which is a higher voltage will my card use this ?? Because RBE changes the selectable voltages if I disable powerplay or is this pointless? if so then why when I enable it I get lower voltages and this is supposedly good & works with the card ant it uses the lower voltages?

No the voltage regulator can only do 4 states which are hard wired so disabled powerplay doesn't give you more voltage
