well guys with the help of a few good members here iam getting very close to haveing everything i need for my w/c setup, I ended up getting a rad that had a few leaks in it so I soldered her all up ,straightned out the fins etc. and it pressure checked perfect, Had a couple of yate loon fans that I painted to match my 5870 and that part is all done except for a few more fittings that are on there way. anyways Iam in the process of cutting out my hard drive bay s more to fit rad in (see pic) and want to know wich way i should have th fams blowing, either from outside in ( wich i think is right, ) or inside out, as you can see i already have two 120mm fans on the front of my antec 600 and I also put to more 120mm fans on the rad. right now they will be sucking cold or fresh air from outside and exhausting through back fans, would you do anything different?

Definitely outside in.

Don't know what make the radiator is, but you'll want the barbs on the top. Otherwise, you'll get a bunch of air trapped in it.

Looks good.

Having the fans pulling the air from 1 side of the radiator to the other will yield the best results in most cases. This is because the "pushing side" of the fan has the brackets that hold it together blocking some area of the radiator from moving air.

NP. I think swiftech makes a radiator specifically with a resevoir, so you can mount it either way, that's why I was wondering. Looks like a fun project.

What are you cooling with it? CPU or GPU or both?

one more thing I bought a Swiftech MCP655 12V DC adjustable pump and was wondering if i put a gpu block into the loop if that pump will be sufficient? from what Ive read they are a decent pump, the diagram kinda shows what I was thinking for setup, but if i would go with a gpu block where abouts would it go in my loop?
