Overclock Percentage

Short and sweet...I'm a noob at this so:confused:

The GPU-Z validation list the overclock in percentages so the question is should these be high, low, a happy in between? Mine say 2%, 3%, 2% in that order.

There is no right answer to your question.

It all depends on how far you want to push the overclock, how far your resources allow you to push it, and how far your courage lets you take it before you want to stop.

2-3% is not much.

Figure it out on a calculator before doing it. If the core clock is 810, a 2% overclock is 826; not much, not really noticeable performance-wise.

That OC is 830/1660/2040 so obviously I can go up more just

wanted to make sure in my lack of funds and a brand new card

don't want to burn my one and only :toast:
