Since this forum has helped me build a pc before - one that plays all the latest games in 720p ultra settings - I thought I'd return for a query I have.
I'm considering buying a Packard Bell iStart D2391 pc for my dad, as he's happy with old school games. I can buy it for about £15, but the cpu is painfully slow.
Does anyone know what would be the fastest supported CPU for this model?
I've tried researching, but only seem to find memory upgrade queries or fault solutions.
Any help would be appreciated, although bidding ends for the computer soon - if I don't have a solution by tomorrow, I will just leave it for someone else to buy.
Thanks, in advance, for any help given.
