PC Not Booting, Possible Mobo Problem?

Hey guys, I just recently came across this problem the other day. I went to boot up my PC the other morning and it didn't turn on at all, no fan movement or anything. I tried 3 different power cords but nothing changed.

I currently have the mobo out of the case and just have the CPU, CPU fan, RAM and necessary power cables installed and still nothing. I took out the RAM and nothing but the mobo power LED is on.

It's an Asus P8P67 LE. Nothing was moved or changed and this is completely out of the blue. Any ideas? It's not even a year old.

Have you tested your PSU with the "Paper Clip" method to see if it still is working properly? That would be my first test. Make sure NOTHING is hooked to when you do this test.

bios jumper or reset button? Use it now. ^^
Check for anything grounding out.

I would check the PSU first as well, if you can get a hold of another PSU so you can try it on the mobo.

Instead of trying the paper clip test I just took out an old ~230W Dell PSU and everything booted up fine. So I'm guessing it's, once again, the PSU. I had a similar problem with my TX650W resulting in me buying the HX650W. Now I get to fork out a hefty price to ship this thing to the Netherlands for them to repair it :banghead:
