My PC has been restarting at the slightest hint of load to the gpu lately. I suspect it's nvidia drivers but I did an uninstall and then a clean install and haven't seen any improvement and people don't seem to be complaining about the recent driver update on the forums or anywhere else (which of course doesn't mean the drivers aren't to blame in fact I suspect and hope that they are)
My specs are as follows
Intel i7 Haswell 4770K up to 3.5GHz Quad Core 1150
Team Elite 16GB DDR3 (4x4GB) 1600Mhz PC3-12800 CL11 With Heatsink
Asrock H97 Pro4 ATX Motherboard with 7.1CH Audio
Toshiba 2000GB SATA-III 64MB 7200rpm Hard Drive
Evo Labs Cronus Modular 650 Watt 80+ Efficency PSU
Nvidia GTX760 2048MB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Replaced with GTX980 ti
Aerocool DS-200 Black Gaming Case Noise Dampening 2 x USB3 7 Colour LCD Panel
Antec H2O Kuhler 650 Water Cooling Kit PWM Fan RGB LED Temperature Sensor
Replaced with Noctua NH-D15 after some odd cooling problems kept popping up
Tenda W322P 300Mbs Wireless PCI Adaptor
I can provide additional specs if needed but I feel like those are the only relevant details as far as I can tell
I ran a prime95 test on blend and to see if it was the CPU or memory but those both survived with temps below 50C
When I attempted to run a furmark on the GPU it managed a second (usually less) before the PC restarted.
I attempted a clean install of Nvidia drivers but I may repeat that as it's entirely possible for me to have mucked that up.
The logs from GPUZ and HWinfo are here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/lbisjqdo87fv8zj/GPU-Z Sensor Log3.txt?dl=0 and here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bbrnne3opqnwpbx/hwinfolog.CSV?dl=0
If anyone can help me I would be very grateful. I should point out that my issue seems to be a little bit distinct from other people's in that mine goes off almost instantly where most of the others I've read are able to last longer than 5 seconds.
