What should the temperature temperature, power consumption, and fan speed be for AMD Deneb 955 when idle?

    Thanks

On stock cooler around 38 deg idle, 48-50 full load. There are two steppings, C2 and C3. The C3 has a lower wattage so SHOULD run cooler.

Take a screenshot of CPUz and HWmonitor for us please

C1E support is enabled "auto" and CPU SmartFan set to "Performance".

I just upgraded from a Regor 240 and that ran at around 20°C idle, this is the highest idle temperature I've ever seen on a processor but if you're sure it's okay, thanks! :)

    Everything alright on CPU-Z?

The Regor 240 is a dual core so understandably it would output less heat, thus produce a significantly lower temperature.

    Your CPU-Z looks fine :)
