Poll - what console controller is better/you prefer

I liked the Play Station controllers best until the Xbox 360 controller came out now I can't figure out how I ever played without one, MS got it right IMO and it's the best current IMO as well...
As for the WII I hate that system my 10 year old daughter and my mom both have one..need i say more, all that stupid junk they have for those, NIntendo should be ashamed, I even rented a few games from gamefly, that i like such as COD WaW and the graphics were horrible and the movement with the zapper was just disgusting, but my mom and daughter love it... I guess I just like quality and not cheap frills when i play games....
STILL the keyboard and mouse rule all IMO

careful what you say around here there are numerous Wii Players here, btw the Wii Controls are the closest you can get a Console to for FPS, Dual Analog Sticks are annoying for those games.

360 controller by far. I grew up on the playstation controllers but when the 360 came out i've never enjoyed the playstation controllers since - the ps controllers are too small and very light (even the DS3 ones). I find the triggers for L2 and R2 are crap and i had to mod them to make them more trigger shaped (replaced the buttons for that). The 360 controller has a lot more weight and has good space between all the buttons.

But yeah as others have said mouse + keyboard > controllers for fps and (more importantly) strategy games (why they release RTS games for controllers will be one of the great mysteries of the 21st century methinks). Saying that i find that controllers> mouse+KB for racing games.

Which I am, that system has more controllers/controller addons out of any console currently on the market. I will admit I am biased, I hate th e concept of the Wii remote also. I like to relax when I game.

so you're counting third party add on crap that no one uses as controllers? sorry, but a thing that makes your wiimote look like a golf club is not a controller

it has one controller with two addons (nunchuck and motion plus) - the rest has nothing do with CONTROL

Game UK used to sell some extra clip-on buttons which helped with that a lot for like £2 - they clipped onto the original L2 and R2 buttons and made them very similar to the PS2 ones (trigger shape which stops ur fingers slipping off the bottom when holding the buttons down). I highly reccomend them if you don't wanna replace the buttons entirely.

Coleco Vision Had it going on back in 1982
Smurf's,Q'bert,Zaxxon,Tennis,frogger.PacMan loved those games with this pre-Nintendo system

Now I know what you guys are thinking. "Just because TMM is older and loves the old school doesn't make him any better than those of us who love the new school." or "G-D I hate TMM. Hes such a close minded prick." Well you would be right on both counts. The only difference I can tell you is my butt is considered vintage. However you wouldn't want to smell it for its volume.

You had to buy other controllers for the Colceco Vision or you had to sit within 1 meter of the system which came with a 6 meter tv cord
(can't remember what it was called it connected to your tv VIA 2 screws like the old rabbit ears) maybe UHF connector

well the doc hasn't got any of the latest pads for his "cough" legal emulators but i have got the original ps2 controler wired up with an adaptor,
i don't think i'd like using wireless controllers 2.4 ghz running through my hands ,and on me lap near me captain and his 2 mates:shadedshu just a bit risky if ya ask me
