7800X3D Mode = <80W in Multi Core
7900X Mode = <100W in Multi Core
14700KF, 7800X3D and 7900X have about the same selling price, with small variations.

And in this benchmark it keeps its distance from the two at approximately the same power consumption.
7800X3D Mode is enough for 3070 Ti in gaming.

When multiple gpus used in cinebench, possibly ram bandwidth helps because 16x+4x pcie can reach 40GB/s bandwidth. Imagine cpu is using some of bandwidth too, so maybe improving ram timings/bw can affect gpu score.

Secondary system. I think there is a setting in the Nvidia control panel to optimize for compute instead of games which will give a higher score. Still the 4600g is a fine APU if you get it for less than 100 euro or USD or whatever.

Sorry to slash your enthusiasm but, is really bugged.
Bios version 2.0 ASrock X670E Steel Legend.
1. Bluetooth disabled in BIOS- is detected by Win 10 and tries to install a driver - fails - a present device with driver or not in any Windows OS is a vulnerability, can be exploited and used by third party apps.
2. With version 2.0 I can't anymore see my BIOS setup or Windows Safe Mode(just black screen with no signal for screen) unless I change DP cable on the integrated AMD card. This bug wasn't present in BIOS version 1.28.
I believe new BIOS ignores the Nvidia card ID.
3. Intended bug - You can't really disabled integrated GPU in BIOS. Why intended? I seen this issue on older MBO ASrock.

Lack of features, probably but, bugged certainly. If it was a 100£ MBO but, over 300£ MBO, meh.

Default bios settings, no PBO, no EXPO, minor memory tweak...ran cooler and scored higher. Beyond weird.

PBO enabled, no EXPO...right on the verge of thermal throttling.
