Hi, i have a coolermaster exteme power plus, it's no mine, it's for my lil brother's rig, im going to be using an amd 240 dual core cpu" and a hd 6770, will a coolermaster etreme power plus 600 watt be good enough to power his rig. and i know the power plus psu's are crap, i read that the power plus 600 watt doesnt use 600 watt's" it uses about 450 watts from a review, so would it be suffient enough to power his rig.

That PSU is more than sufficient enough to power that rig. That CPU is very power efficient; in idle it only uses a couple of watts. The same can be said for the graphics card; only one PCI-e connector means TDP capped at 150W.

Yeah, should be fine, especially if running stock.
