Ok it's been a while since i built my very old pc, and now i'm having a complete upgrade to all this new stuff (socket 939, PCI-e) I just need to be 100% sure on something. On my new motherboard I have 2 connections, an Auxiliary PEX power connector in the top left, and another 24 pinn one. So i bought a new PSU with a 24 pin, obviously i need to plugin the 24 pin but do i need to use the Auxiliary PEX one aswell for something?

Nope. The 24-pin connector has the 4-pin PEX built in with it.
