Precision X 16 Stop working

few minutes ago i was browsing on pc and i get this image. and precision stops working. I tried to reboot, same thing. I have not done any changes, other than install CC clean last night. it clean the pc. and also i ran the duplicate file option and i deleted all duplicate files. and noe 12 hours later precision stop working. it is the latest .10 version. please help. i need to be OC in order to play my games. I tried to reboot, also install X16 again. same thing it says app shutdown.

I would use CCleaner and uninstall Pre X, run Registry and Cleaner, Restart the PC and then DL and Install MSI Afterburner, its a much better OC Software then Pre X, then OC away. :)
