I just found this today and it looks like it hasn't been posted here.
http://pcmaniacs.com.au/lanparty-junior-lpjrp45t2rs-matx-digital-ddr2-preorder-p-4438.html

I'm really excited and from what I've heard we're going to be seeing a early August release so while this may not get most of you pumped up I know some of the people here are eager to get a hold of this board.
Happy spending!

Pretty sexy. VERY powerful for a microATX. Nice for a HTPC or Lanbox. Good call Princess :pimp:

Thanks, I still don't understand why all the news posts about this board say that its SLI compatible. SLI isn't possible on this chipset....right?

I dont think so. From what I know, Intel and Nvidia never got licensing agreements to run SLI on intel chipsets, only crossfire. Thats why all SLI boards are Nvidia chipsets, except the skulltrail which I think can do both.

$219...thats pretty hefty. I have been waiting for this board for awhile but I might just wait for the DDR3 version to come out.

I have a DFI Lanparty P35-T2RS, it's a great board. This looks good too for a SFF or HTPC.

The only intel board with SLI support right now is the skull trail. This may change in the future when Nehlam arrives but as of today this is it.

X58 will be SLi. Nvidia are licensing it by providing an SLi chip to go on 3rd party X58 boards.

It's $219 AUD, so I think it's closer to ~$200 USD, but at the same time, it's pre-release pricing. I think I saw an INQ article suggesting $159 as the price.

MotherboardPro.com is taking preorders and expects order filling to start Aug 13th. Steep price at 185.99$, but I hear they are limiting the first run at 500 boards then 1000 in September.

That is what I heard.

I look forward to some real world reviews and benchmarks.

$185.99 is king of high but this is a very exotic MB for a mATX set up. :D

Slap that board in the antec mini p180, sweet little case.

There not many multi-gpu matx boards. The p45 jr is the second multi-gpu matx board out there. But they are high demand. I hope more manufactures realize its that multi-gpu matx boards have huge selling potential!

My dream build:
This board, Quad Core Extreme, 2 4870x2, all watercooled in a Mini P180. (My favorite case ever, either going to buy it, a quad core, or WC this summer)

That would so amazing! Where are you going to put the WC equipment?

I think that two 4870x2 WILL fit in a mini p180, thanks to removable hard drive cages.

Well I already did measurments on my current case and it looks like a 2x120mm radiator will fit so I'm sure I can find a way. ;)

Look what FedEx dropped off today.

That was fast!!!!! I ordered it Tuesday night. (12th Aug, 2008).

I ordered the lowest priced shipping from Motherboard Pro. I have a few chores to do before I will be able to put this new MB in my machine.

I'm so happy right now!! :)

I hope it works. :D

I normally don't buy somthing like this without alot of solid reviews but based on the chipset and all the technology in this MB I took a chance and ordered it.

It's sold out at Motherboard Pro. I hope I got a good price. Probably will be about $30 less once it goes mainstream to Newegg. Maby less or more.

:)

What are your system specs? You should do benchmarks before and after and/or write a short review. :)
