PSU good???

Hello I have a VX450E C0RSAIR PSU
and I've just bought a SAPPHIRE hd5850

The problem is that I have in the corasir only 1 6pin and the hd5850 need two 6pin...
Now I used one 4pin hdd to 6pin connector that came with the ati...
But I dont know if its good..
The screen is working, But I dont know how much I can overclock it..
I have on this system only 1 hdd and intel core 2 6600

I dont know if the PSU is good... each time I try to lower the memory clock setting .. everything freeze

I would use the seasonic PSU honestly. I don't know about that corsair model.

Oh my bad I read it wrong. Yeah I would try out the seasonic PSU. 450 should be just fine for that setup.
