I have a couple hard drives that were on a 128k stripe raid0 array, built on a Intel ICH10R chip, but would I be able to put those drives into any rig and be able to use that array, or would it only work on ICH10R chips?

    You are here.
From my experience a RAID0 array build on an ICH10R chipset will work on another motherboard with ICH9R/ICH10R chipset. It will not work with an AMD/nVidia board, or other extra integrated raid controllers, like Marvell, JMicron, SiliconImage etc.

Even so, it is not a guaranty that it will actually work with any ICH10R/ICH9R motherboard.
