Is their an alternative to the god awful razer synapse software? The default sensitivity is way too high but I dont wanna install this shit program again if I dont have too

All you need to do is go to the Razer driver page for the DeathAdder, click on the Archives folder and download the NON-Synapse 3.05 driver. You will then have access to all your settings, including turning off the LEDs, without having to deal with the Synapse bullshit. I agree with you completely about Synapse, it's the same garbage as SetPoint for logitech.


Edit: Also, don't forget you have to hold down the button on the bottom of the DeathAdder when you plug it into a USB port in order for it to be flashable by the firmware updater. You will know you did it right if it shows up as a different device when you plug it in.
