    They were the best at the time. I still have my original set. 2x256mb ddr3200.

    2-2-2-8 or 2-2-2-11 on nforce 2 boards.

    memories.. i remember my 2x 1gb kits of these when i had my antec lanboy and 2x 7900gt's on a opty 165 and dfi lp board :)

    The board might be dead, took a chance for $15 I will have to try a PCI card and another CPU before the decision is final!

    Going to put this big bastard on it for cooling.

    The sticks in the OP remind me of a certain DDR2 667 kit that I took over 1300mhz....that was some tasty memory!!!

    That "CRT" has a good sized TEC stuffed in it right now. Keeping my Phenom II @4ghz at 40C load :laugh:

    I have another one in route to do some checks on the CPU/Motherboard. Mine isn't wanting to post. Worst case I will just hunt down another SK8V.
